Do you have $15,000-$30,000 to spend? If not then you cant, if you do, then you might be able to.

I am going to assume you do not have the mechanical ability to do much of the work yourself. Add another $30,000 to that 10g, plan not to have your car for 6+ months. That is IF you can find someone that has done this swap in your area. The 20B swap is a custom mod, you will need to find someone with a history of doing this type of swap of else it will be a big mess.
keep in mind the 20B was never sold in the USA, the newest engine you will find is over 15 years old and will need a rebuild. You will have to make modifications to the car to fit the engine and get a custom engine management system made.

The below thread is from a member that has done the swap, its a good read.

just leave the car the way it is before it ends up all torn apart and will be a part out car instead! lol

just boost your motor with the 10g's you have...

Spend every spare minute between now and when you get the money researching. Look here at the very few 20b builds or any other swap thread. Look at the RX7club for their swap threads (even though it's a different car, there is a lot of knowledge over there about the engine itself). Research shops in your area and shops out of your area. Research where to get the engine, what to have done to it, and who to have do it. Find another means of transportation, I doubt you'll want to daily drive it when it's done. Don't forget to take into account the cost of maintenance and upkeep. Where are you going to get parts. Can a local parts store even get you an oil filter or do you have to use an alternative one?

Once you've researched everything to death, then think about the money. Will it be enough to cover everything you looked into? Will you have enough left over to keep the car running?

Even if you did everything yourself, 10k won't get you very far.

An FD tranny is a little more stout than the 8's and will bolt up to a 20b. Depending on your build, it most likely won't hold up though. Look into getting a T56. You'll need a custom bell housing and drive shaft. You'll also need stronger axles if not a whole new rear end.
You'll need custom motor mounts.
Most of your wiring will be spliced or completely from scratch
You'll need a stand-alone engine management
