Advance keyless entry system settings

In the user manual, it says that the settings can be changed so that when you walk away from your car, it automatically locks, and when you approach your car, it automatically unlocks. It says that this can only be done in the dealer. I was wondering if anyone has had this done and how much it costs. It seem like it should be some simple change, but my dealer told me it would cost $200 because they have to reset the whole computer. This just seems unreasonable to me, but I always have an iPod and a PS2 in my car, so if i forget to lock my doors which i sometimes do, then I suppose it would be worth it.

for the MS6, if you change it within the first 12000miles, its under warranty, if you're dealer tries to charge you, have it done at another dealer or do your search see if its under warranty and shove that in their face. They'll have to do it.

I had mine done soon after purchasing my car (new) and the dealer did not charge me. It should be free.
