advanced auto zone spark plugs
I need some plugs asap, they went out on me.
Advanced has some leading in stock for 20.00. they do not have trailing but can get them next day.
Is this an OK buy?? they are the NGK's

Those are my plugs.
Think i can get away with getting the leading today, and drive the car till the trailing come in?

i will, and thanks,
But honestly if the plugs have 20k miles on them daily driven at least 100 miles a day, in this Florida weather. why not start with the plugs. they are pretty built up. Only sputters on idle, and when the car is cold and you accel it has a slight miss. once its warm the miss goes away and at idle it will stumble around a little bit if sitting.

I agree with ya bud... plugs are usually the first thing to replace.
I guess its just the difference between me and others... I like to narrow it down to the faulty component before spending money.
But the one nice thing about plugs, its always good to replace them anyway if you've gone a couple years without.

You can test your wires and coil packs with a multimeter. **** you can even test your spark plugs with a multimeter...
Sooooo test all your stuff. If everything checks out fine then clean your maf and air filter.
If you notice no difference after that get a compression test.
