advanced key question

I'm wondering if those of you with the advanced key system could tell me how I can change the settings of how it locks. I had an oil change at the dealer today, and noticed it was different when I made my next stop after leaving.

To unlock. Press request button on door handle, car beeps twice, lock opens.
To lock. Walk away. Car beeps once right away as soon as you close the door. Door locks. Will beep one more time a few seconds later, amber lights on the car flash once (armed I assume).

Now it unlocks the same, but it does not lock the same.
Car beeps when I leave it. Door does not lock. Second beep, it locks, but no lights flash.

Not that its a huge deal, but I liked it the other way, and that it locked on the first beep. How do I change it back? Press all buttons simultaneously and hope it doesnt self destruct.. ?

Owners manual was no help, didnt find anything in my search either..

Thanks for your help..

I have the advanced keyless feature on mine. Mine's never changed from what it was when i purchased the car.

When pressing the button on door handle... It will beep twice to unlock the car.

It will then beep once when it locks the car, the lights flash when the car's security system activates (if i remember correctly). I'm not quite sure about yours but mine does that step all in one. It doesn't have two steps to it.

Well chances are that if your does not lock when you send the request through the button the door handle then something is messed up. Chances are from what i read that the techs probably hit something they shouldn't have or maybe even a fuse was blown. But in any fashion from what i remember they only implemented the advanced key in the 06' models that your car still has it's warranty.
