Ha i had a bit of trouble with that as well. I soaked the 4 bolts in pb blaster after and after i took them out the stock pulley seemed like it was welded on (it wasnt). I took a blogk of wood and placed it on the pulley and tapped it with a rubber mallet. that didnt seem to work but it actually did move the pulley just enough for me to slip a flat head screw driver between and tap the edge with a mallet to pop of the pulley. I had to turn the crank shaft to make sure the pulley came off even because there is basically a sleeve that the pulley slides onto.
