Anyone have their motor mounts replaced more than once?

For the past couple of days Ive noticed a rough idle, so I think Im gonna replace the plugs and coils since I have just over 27k miles on them.

Hopefully this clears it up, but the symptoms look as if it would be the motor mounts again.

Anyone have these replaced multiple times?

I'm about to have it done. I got them replaced about a year ago and now it seems as if I need another mount.

Mine are abused by the turbo, so I'm probably not a good data point.
But, yes, mine keep failing.
They get floppy and sag.
I have one that I filled with urethane in the car right now.
I'm just not so sure I like the vibration.
I'm going to try filling one with 60 Shore instead of 80 and see if it is any smoother.

MM: have you tried Mazsport's Motor mounts? (I'm assuming they're different then OEM?)

Talk about mount... It looks like someone is getting mounted in Jeff's new Avitar!

No. Ray has them, though.
I don't really need the space that they provide and my solution doesn't cost me anything.

Yeah cause for maybe a week now the idle feels more rough in the shifter and feels like things are moving when I hit certain bumps.

Wonder if one of the techies forgot to do something when putting my car back together when doing the warranty for a throw out bearing.

Well took it to Mazda they said they checked everything and everything is ok.

I still dont believe so, the car feels like it shakes and rattles alot more over roads.

If I tap the throttle and let off you can feel it rock back, rock forward, then it does so 2-3 more times with each time getting less pronounced.

Anything else this could be?

So, why are they failing?

Poor design?

Or just too much heat?

Im actually considering getting the Mazsport motor mounts, I think they are $250.

Try to get the dealer to fix mine and install the other ones when I get time.
