Anyone rebuild / upgrade the RX8 Transmission?
Hi guys. Ive been researching this a while, and I had made a thread about it a few months ago, but still havent found any solid info. Im considering using an Rx8 transmission in my FD RX7 behind a N/A 3 rotor. Im well aware of the supposed fragility of these transmissions, but was wondering if there were anyone offering upgraded rebuilds for them? Im willing to purchase the revised 09+ trans, but realize it still may not hold up in stock form. Just looking for options. Thanks!

dont waste yoir time, stock to stock fd tranny is already stronger.

you can try to find a hks tranny, those are the ****, but its really rare now and it will not be cheap

There are lots of options....some less than others

This wouldn't be a recommended one
