you're going to want to secure the battery so it doesn't go bouncing aroud in there.
the DSC needs to be reset. Check your owner's manual.
it requires turning the wheel completely in one direction and then completely in the other.
I don't remember what the OEM battery is, it's been 4 years since I took mine out.

My original battery (2004) was a Panasonic. I thought they went to some other more powerful battery later that year, or in 2005...?
Definitely get that battery secured. You do not want a heavy battery moving about. At the least it will probably tear up the connections. At worst, it's a flying 40lb lead brick, with acid for bonus points.

Just changed my late 2005 OEM battery, even though I didn't really have to do so.
It was a Panasonic.
Secure that battery.
As far as the TCS/DCS.................do this.
1.) Turn car on but do not start
2.) Turn wheel all the way to the right, then all the way to the left.
3.) Turn car off
4.) Start as normal and go for a ride!
5.) Once home, either downlaod a manual for free.....or if you have one....read up a little bit.
