Battery Problem? - Footwell related
Today I was playing with my footwell lights. The passengers side ran through under the dash and connected to the drivers side. They were working fine, but it would flicker once in a while so I wanted to secure the lines by soldering the connections together.
1) After soldering the wire straight through, the drivers side would turn on, but the passengers side wouldnt turn on at all.
I figured maybe I shouldn't have soldered it, but logically, electricity should still be flowing.
Then..
2) I took one of my LED's (cut the passengers side loose since I figured it may be the solder) and wanted to test my courtesy light. The soldered part was exposed both on the positive and negative end.
The LEDs turned on with the courtesy light which was great news.
(here comes the stupid part)
Due to the wires exposed next to each other, while getting out of my car, the wires touched and sparked a little. Then I noticed the rest of my lights in the car turned off.
Now my keyless entry nor my lights inside turn on.
I turned my car to ACC and all the gauges will go up and back down. Headlights work though;
Could it be just a blown fuse?
