Which is best CAT delete for the price? Im a bit confused on the differences

So I was looking at a CAT delete on ebay. I found 2 that im wondering about.

1. OBX cat delete test pipe for 128$

VS.

2. ExoticSpeed 2.5'' sport CAT midpipe for 488$

I am already running a OBX catback exhaust which doesnt give too much sound. I am happy like that because I dont want a noisy cabin. What are the differences between both? Is there an advantage of having a sport CAT rather than just a pipe? Will mpg increase because my current cat is slowly decaying.

Oh yeah and most importantly I dont want the car to shoot flames that is out of the question.

any answers are greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

hah i just took off my Agency Power dual resonated midpipe, and im trying to sell it if your interested.

dont know about the OBX but the exotic speed is pretty loud from what ive heard and since its non resonated, but the two quietest midpipes ive heard are the new Racing beat one which is a little expensive, and the Mazport which isnt made anymore since mazports not around.

and a some sport cats will allow you to pass an e-check and not have a CEL on all the time, but some are known to not last too long, with any midpipe without a cat you'll have a CEL on unless you shut it off with the Cobb AP.

im not the most knowledgable but just my .02$.

sorry im not very familiar with exhaust terms. A resonated pipe would be something to kind of ''stop sound'' right? and a straight pipe would be just a pipe.

Im looking for the cheapest way to delete my cat not caring about performance but i dont want it to be loud thats the problem. And I dont wanna spend on a sport cat that might break in the future.

A resonated pipe is different than a high flow cat and a straight pipe correct? I wouldnt mind being enlightened on the differences.

Oh yeah and im in canada we do not care for emissions test over here so thats not an issue
