Did someone read the mode 9 after the initial flash?

Since it was help through pm's, I am only going by what he told me. He said when he took the car back in to the dealer, they installed the proper flash and it worked fine.

I know some idiots who can make idiot proof machines obsolete! Don't underestimate the power of stupidity!

With some of the people out there, machines really do need to be idiot proof.

PM me when you get a chance.

We need to set this straight...The tech cannot randomly pick a file to download to the car.

Imagine the confusion if the shop installed a file for a 01 Taurus into a Rx8.

Sounds to me like it could have been an imcomplete flash, or possibly a corrupted file with the new flash info.

It seems it is possible but the idiot would have to lie to the machine more than once.

Looks like the "Doctor Tar and Professor Feather" theory may apply after all.
