Catalytic converter advice??

Just make sure that is the problem, inspect it and see. Take it off and look at the opening and see how the honeycomb looks.

What kind of emissions test does texas have, do they only check by the obd2 port or do they actually do the sniffer test? You may not even have emissions if you are lucky enough hopefully that's the case.

haha yeah i probably can get away with bad emissions down here. all the other times i got my car inspected they just check the light and slap a new sticker on my windshield. lol But yeah ill be sure to check again to see if thats the problem. Thanks guys! i appreciate the advice.
