CEL came on, Same old problem

It came on couple months ago ... maybe 1/2 yr ago ... dont remember.
but last time I dump a bottle of Fuel injector cleaner, push it between the problem range (6K~7K rpm) for 3 days straight, CEL gone, even pending code were gone.
Now it came back. and I first got this crap RIGHT AFTER they did the last Engine recall.
*sigh* ...
I checked the service manual it saids it might have something to do with the wiring .... grrr
I know swoope had this problem and they replaced his motor .... I want to know who else has/had this problem and how do u get rid of it ? cuz I dont really think my motor is bad, it drives fine and stuff.

its probably just the vacuum solenoid that controls secondary shutter valve operation. ive had a few go bad. its been a while though and i dont remember if you can get the solenoids seperate from the upper intake... there is a pack of three of them on the back of the upper intake. not sure which is for the SSV, youd have to check wiring colors to deduce that
