CEL caused by bad gas??
I have not had the code pulled yet. Will hit up the dealer next week.
For the past few weeks I've had a CEL that will randomly come on and stay for a few days and then go away. I've narrowed it down to the fact that it only comes on after filling up at a particular station.
After noticing this three times I decided to try another place, and everything was fine. Went to the "bad" place again to test my theory and only 5 miles after filling up there it was back on.
Just curious as to why a certain gas station could cause a CEL.

It's a very large coincecence then as I just tested the theory again.
I went on a long trip this weekend using gas from various stations, no CEL. Came home, filled up at the offending station, 7 miles down the road and the CEL is on.
It HAS to be something in the gas there.
