no it would not be because it wasnt warmed. cel right after starting is almost always evap test failure which can be gas cap related , involving tightenign or replacing cap, or a leak elsewhere in the system. make sure they tell you the code number for future CELs. it is important in figuring out the cause.

 

So my engine light would come on in 4th under low RPMS. Would go away after I would shift up to fifth. Then it started and now just comes on every freaking time I drive the car. Took it in and they couldn't find anything wrong, nothing was being logged in the PCM? So they flashed my computer and said it was due to that. Same thing happened as I was driving it away from the shop. Took it back in today and they said they couldn't reporduce the light. Thje light stays on for minutes not just a flash. Said there was still no entry on the computer. I told them to take it out on the highway and if they didn't trigger it that I would take them for a spin. I would think that there isn't a big issue since it doesn't even get logged in the computer... Still drives great, I'll let you know tomorrow after I pick it up tonight.
