what the heck are you guys doing out there???
just glad I could help.
I've been busy compression testing a few engines here in SoCal and we've got one that is toast as well. Goes in to the dealership tomorrow.

I blame the heat and the sand. K&N intakes pick up sand according to Speedsource via Erick Meyers.
That seems to be the filter of choice here in Vegas, I'm guilty..

I don't think the sand is at fault even if the K&N doe pick it up. Heat and lack of oil is our enemy...... When my engine was taken down the only problems seemed to be from the heat (and spot lack of oil). I think now that I have my cooling under control (at least for now) and the new oiling mod, my engine will last a lot longer (now I have to keep my foot out of it).

Erick, Jeff did come into the Vegas lounge looking to stir up some **** for no apparent reason and threw my name in there as well. If he has something to say to me then he can spit it out as well, and I would appreciate it for him to say it to my face. Because I don't do this online **** talking behind a computer screen. This is obviously Gil's backlash for Jeff calling him Dr. Kervokian.
