First off, your car isn't "flooding". The longer version of the story is that you probably have/had bad coils that caused misfiring. This misfiring caused the plugs to appear fouled when, in reality, the coils are/were weak. These misfires caused the cat to become clogged and this is the problem you have now. The date on which you registered your initial "concern"(as it is called in the industry) is the date from which this situation shall be judged. Even if you are out of warranty now, if you registered your concern when you were not, you are still covered. Lemme give you an example;
I recently drove from MI to AZ, with a stop in TX. Before I left MI, I registered a concern with a dealer in AZ and my mileage was 49,540. Obviously, my mileage was going to be out of warranty by the time I got to AZ but, since the mileage was within when I registered my concern, the parts and labor were covered.
In your case, your original problem has NOT been corrected and, thus, the date of your original concern still applies.

get ur friends on this forum, and tell them to take care of it at the dealership for you, 1st off they shouldn't have charged u jack for this crap
2nd, the cat is covered for 100k miles so if they don't, sue their asses
3rd, it is up to the dealer to prove that YOU clogged it, not assume and YOU have to defend, if they can't prove that YOU clogged it, then THEY have to fix it under warranty
so what seems to be your problem?

FWIW, I always take my wife with me when I shop for major items. Even cars and computers, which she has no technical knowledge of. But her shopping expertise always pays off.
So with your shopping skills and an army of testosterone-filled geeks behind you for tech support, there is no reason to get ripped off any more.

But you've got a lot of folks here who do know about cars to support you. And if you're going to look for gender-specific skills, women are expert shoppers/negotiators.
