Coolant leaking from the passenger side on the inside

Ive recently noticed that something is leaking on my carpet, so I checked it out and it seems to be coolant. I took it to the dealership and they said its something with the heater core. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Replace or disconnect your heater core.

it could just be water from a plugged drain. its on the firewall in the middle search "duck lips". if it is in fact coolant than its probably a heater core

Exactly... If it's water, then it's an A/C box drain that's plugged. If it's coolant, then it's a heater core.

First step is to figure out FOR SURE if it's coolant or water.

I'm pretty sure I can tell the difference between water and coolant lol it's definitely coolant.
