Coolant light on after a month of storage

Since winter has set in I have my car in the garage with a battery tender on it. We had a warm day so I decided to take it for a short drive. I noticed when I started it up the coolant light was on and went off after the car had warmed up. I stored my car the same way last winter and never had the coolant light come on. Can anyone give any insight as to why it has done it now?

I'll add some water and see if that helps it. It only has around 25,000 miles on it. Thanks for the help.
