Can have it's good points though - if you have a low speed collision they all just fly out like they were being unzipped . I've had several impacts to the front and found that all the plastic bits just pop back into place with a little persuasion .

alright you guys this is far out left field so no head shots!if you move the rad from it's present location to a possition closer to the grille and with more holes where the plate go's don't you think(just a guess) our temps should stay down a bit more?i'm just out of warrenty and this summer so far is rough.i sometimes look at the engine bay and think that if the rad was a foot closer to the air flow the heat would be easy to get out of the cramped air space.even a smaller but wider and more antifreeze holding rad should help out!again this is out of left field and i thought i'd chime in for a sec.!
