Crazy stuff happen to my 8

Ok, here is the story : there was two hole in my aftermarket radiator, i went to a shop, they fix the holes and make bracket for it so in the future it won't happen again. After they put everyitng back together, and start the car, all my freaking lights are on, they refresh the computer few time, it works for the first like 10 min then after that, all the light come up again, my rpm and mile gauge doesn't even work. The car drives and everything, but the electirc stuff seem to be all screwed up, also my power steering not working either, SOOOO hard to turn the car. any idea why? Is it have any thing to do with the flash?

Did they do any welding (brackets) on the car without disconnecting the battery?
That would sure cause major electrical issues, and possible ECU damage.

it happened to mee too

It has nothing to do with the holes in your aftermarket radiator. This same thing happen to me three times. i would be driving all the warning lights would go on, & i would pull over shut the car off, wait a couple minutes & turn it back on & the engine light would stay on. Each time i took it to the Dealer. The first 2 times Mazda updated the computer. The third time it happens they found that i needed a new Front Harness & the ignition switch was bad. If you take it to the Dealer they told me that the part (front Harness) is on backorder till nov, I didnt like that answer & called Mazda Corporate in CA. And they part arrived in 3 days.

So if you got a problem with your dealer or they give you a hard time call the Corpoate office in CA. :p

Well pullies do throw a Cel code. And grounding wires don't do a thing, but it is a part of the electrical system. It's the electrical system that has a problem.

They want it stock so they can run tests. Sounds fair to me. They are a dealer and your car is probably still under warrenty. you don't list your Mods so we don't know what else may have screwed up.

If you don't like their offer take it to an aftermarket Rotary specialist.

Get a new dealer, my dealer was cool with my underdrive pullies and such. I had a bad fuel pump that would cut out at the high RPMs. They asked me...how long have you had the Underdrive Pullies on..I told them a year and that it has been driving fine for 11 months with them on.
