Did this fall off my car?

Was changing oil and noticed a foam strip stuck in the front, in between radiator/AC condenser/under tray. Please see pics. I had already pulled it out some so the pic is not exactly what was initially there. Is this from my car or road debris?

Thanks,
FS

I want to say that it's just something your AC condenser tried to have for lunch, I don't recall any foam pieces that size being on the front end.

They fit between the edges of the a/c and rad to prevent air going thru one, but not the other.

In theory.

Like the right and left edges? Or top and bottom?

it's all part of the radiator's foam. after all these years it becomes brittle and breaks apart.

get some new ones at home depot and use eproxy to glue it up, works like new.

How easy is it to access that space/area? I don't want to put in a lot of effort if the return is minimal.

Thanks,
FS

20 min to pull the bumper and then jack it up. you are right there. it is criticall to your car not overheating. Atlanta gets pretty hot.
