DSC/TCS Beep

DSC/TCS Beep
I searched around a bit and didn't find this. Was wondering if anyone has figured out a way to get an audible notification when the DSC/TCS kick in? Generally when I'm in a situation where it may be doing so, I'm not in a mode to notice the dash and what is happening there and an audible would be useful.
Any ideas?

It would take some under the dash work, which I know nothing about.
But I would assume you could find whichever wires switch on the light and splice them to another switch that turns on a small buzzer. There might even be enough power going to the light to splice directly off the wire, and go straight to the buzzer. As long as you can find which wire is hot when the light is on, you should be able to splice in a buzzer. But since I have no idea which wire it is, I am not much help. Good news is that a low power buzzer is like a quarter at radio shack.

Trust me you don't need a beep to tell you when the DSC kicks in. In the snow, your car would be totally sideway, and on the dry at high speed, you'll feel some serious rotational moment for a split second before the DSC intervenes.
When I first bought the car, I never see the TC/DSC light on the dash and was wondering if the module was broken. It took one winter, 4 snow tires and a couple of accident avoidance manuoever on the highway to get acquainted with the system. It definitely does work, but it's not intrusive like the ones in the BMW.

I see what you mean. I have done some hard core test maneuvers and know that when I am way over I will feel it correct. What I'm not sure about is when I'm right near the edge. It would be great to know for certain if it helped me a little bit or not.
I think I may just have to find a large parking lot and turn it off for some more testing.....
