Check the obd connector, sometimes one of the pin in it will back out from the connector

Next is to check the wiring to see if there are any breakage between the wires, only couple of wires to check it should take less than 30 mins

Hey all, I have a 2006 MT ECU (My Cobb is married to it) from my 20B project and I no longer will be using the stock ECU and want to unmarry the Cobb so I can use it on my 2006 AT RX8, can I connect this 2006 MT ECU to my 2006 AT RX8 and unmarry my Cobb from it?

Thanks!

Couldn't sleep.......

Long story short........

I went ahead and plugged the 2006 MT ECU
on my 2006 AT RX8 and using the key
(keyless wouldn't turn key) I managed to turn
on dash/ecu and connect to AP and successfully
unmarried 2006 MT ECU from AP.

So I’m assuming you don’t need the 6AT map?

Yes, I do. My AP is now unmarried and I need an AT map to install it on my vehicle. I also want to try to use my ATR (manual) and see if it will allow me to use it and create an AT version. For some reason I am assuming this won't work, but I can't give up that easily, I need to at least try.
