I am in the process of doing this conversion.

So far, here is a list of parts I can think of that you would need.

1. Fuel Rails.
2. Fuel Pump.
a. Seals and hoses?
b. Dual pump setup?
3. Fuel Pressure Regulator.
4. Fuel Lines and fittings.
a. Size. AN-6, -8, -10?
b. Feed line vs return line.
5. Fuel Filter.
a. In-tank.
b. In-line.
6. Injectors.
a. Primary.
b. Secondary.
c. P2.
7. Engine Management.

My plan is to run E85 (which is quite available in IL) with increased premix volumes. My proposed setup is as follows.

1. Fuel Rails. - Keiths rails annodized for corrosion defense.
2. Fuel Pump. - Mazsport primary pump (walbro 255lph)
a. Seals and hoses? - whatever comes with the kit for now.
b. Dual pump setup? - looking into using the OEM pump in place of the Venturi(sp?)
3. Fuel Pressure Regulator. - Aeromotive A1000.
4. Fuel Lines and fittings.
a. Size. AN-6, -8, -10? - AN-10 feed line. AN-6 return line.
b. Feed line vs return line.
5. Fuel Filter.
a. In-tank. - Removed?
b. In-line. - AN-10(100 micron) located between the pump and regulator.
6. Injectors.
a. Primary. - 720cc Low Impedance
b. Secondary. - 720cc Low Impedance
c. P2. - 1000cc Low Impedance
7. Engine Management. - Interceptor-X and Cobb AccessPORT.

Damn--you have thought a lot about this. I have to ask why?
Converting to a return system will be a pain, but you plan is good although the stock pump will be more than adequate for your flow.
You will have to replace all the fuel lines as ethanol doesnt like some stuff?
You may also want a water separattion capable filter as with e85 and premix you are going to have water.
good luck with this.
But why?

Alcohol and Aluminum parts are a no-no...Methanol is really corrosive....I think ethanol is a bit better. Otherwise the E85 will just need more fuel for the same load.

-8 should be lots for feed...and you could use the stock lines for a return.

You will have to use a alcohol safe fuel pump...and if you are not tracking the car you should be OK with the stock venturi returning fuel...just plumb the return from the FPR to the venturi...and plug the stock FPR inlet....

I would remove the stock filter..and use a canister style pump in the engine compartment..easy access to change the cartridge
