Fuel consumption measurement
I guess that this is something that everyone should know so, shame on me that I have never learnt that.
Could someone please explain in very simple steps how one could measure the fuel consulption of a car without the use of any tools?

You fill up your gas tank
you set your trip odometer to zero
you drive around for a few days
you fill up your tank again
you divide the miles on the trip odometer by the gallons you put in.

Mileage
Just got my new 2007 black M/T GT.. Only had 3 fillups so far but the mileage per tank is as follows :
1st tank 17.0 mpg
2nd tank 15.9 mpg
3rd tank 15.65 mpg
The more I break it in, the more I raise the rpm's. Hope the mileage doesn't dip below 15.0mpg combined street and highway. Can't wait to hit 9000 rpm's when I reach 1000 miles. Only 250 more miles to go.
