g/s for a healthy engine?

I do idle at about 5g/s which from what I could find through search is pretty much normal. Now that I have the potential to log everything i'm trying to determine my power loss.

I know you accessport guys probably know this; for an N/A at x (whatever) RPM what's your g/s? I'm trying to get some logs so I can determine what my issue is..because my car feels slow as *****. (See my post in troubleshooting)

Any help is apprecited

This thread was a fail..I shouldn't have started it.

The max I pulled was 214g/s NA, but had a lot of breakup. I've seen a lot of RX8 dynos that had this kind of curve and it looks like a ready-to-be-replaced ignition to me?
