Hard start after recall

I got the latest recall done about 3 months ago. since the first day i got the recall done i noticed that i had a harder time starting the car. cold or warm. but i did also notice that the car ran more powerful then before. i talked to the dealer about it and he said that i should let the car run for a few hundred miles so that the ecu can learn the new settings for the new flash they did. i gave it a chance since it did run better, but after 4k the car still takes a while to start up. i have to hold the key in that position for a while before it starts. anyone else have this problem? i just installed a RB race pipe 3 days ago, yesterday i went back to the dealer to fix the problem and they told me i had to take off my pipe first. i guess my question is should i even bother to have them fix it by flashing it back to old flash or just leave it as it is?

so the car taking a while to fire up shouldn't be a problem then right? dealer gave me 13k to go back for them to fix the problem free of charge. otherwise in the future if i go back they gonna charge. if its just gonna take time to start then i have no problems, i'm just worried that it will lead to other problems. thanks for the advice guys.

teamRX8: dont worry, i'm mad low profile with this pipe. i don't draw attention to me by driving it like an idoit everywhere i go. i just want little extra juice for when i track.

a census of whether to take my race pipe off and put the stock cat back on and go back to dealer, or keep it on. also if this has happened to anyone else. more importantly, guys that did the recall the earliest and whether their car is running good still or not. pretty much what i posted before, read below for details.

If i posted this, it probably means i didn't find what i was searching for. What ever the case, if you don't have any answers or anything to contribute, please don't ***** up my thread. This is not the lounge.
