Help!!!!!

the battery died on my rx8 last night. my neighbor tried to let me use a battery of his last night but when he put it on, he had th epositive and negative reversed. my horn sounded as a result and we let it sit last night. go today and got a new battery and put it in, but now the car wont start. it gets power from the battery but it wont even try to turn over. i checked the fuses and didnt see a blown one. (except for the bigger fuses)

anyone have any idea what the problem is?

You are gonna have to check each and every fuse.......both in the engine bay and the ones on the drivers side inside the car. If your real lucky.....after that...........you'll be able to see if you flooded it or not.

Smack your neighbor upside the head!

Sounds similar. Looks like you could've fried quite a few things. Your neighbor should be thankful for the Good Samaritan Act, otherwise he might owe you some serious dough.

Take the time to check them all then. Hopefully that main fuse popped first and didn't take out a bunch of other stuff. This could have fried quite a few things.

i checked every other fuse and they are all fine. luckily he didnt get the connection bolted down one the battery. as soon as he hooked up the negative, the horn started sounding. i was like wtf is that for then i noticed the different polaritys. thats an awesome feature to have though.
