The other day my 2004 rx8 was running hard. So I pulled over and turned the car off and now it won't start. I also noticed that my oil pressure gauge says low now. This is my first rotary engine. So I'm fairly new to it and also clueless

 

Well, Jmyers87, you could first read the forum rules, which say that you state in your title what it is you're asking. Members shouldn't have to open a link to know the contents of the thread. Your thread sounds more like a medical emergency, becuase you broke a nail...

Second, you could add more info. How many miles? When was the last time the car was serviced (plugs/coils/etc)? Do you have any mods? What do you mean by "running hard"?

Last, read the stickied threads (located at the top of each sub forum), titled appropriately to your search. There is one such sticky titled "New and potential owners, start here", which answers MANY "newb" questions, and it helps new owners understand (at least) the basics of the RENESIS. Please read it.

 

depending where in FL you live, you may be able to get help from a local member in exchange for food or something, rather than have a Stealership (dealership) charge you a arm and a leg
