Help

i was getting ready to leave for work, so i started the car and was letting it warm up. i noticed the exhaust smelled kinda funny, so i checked the oil and there is this foamy tannish yellow looking stuff all over the dip stick (it almost looks like paste wax). i wiped it off and put it in, pulled it back out and its all over it again. i havent had the car for a week while it was in the shop getting the wheels repaired thanks to a pothole. i checked the oil 2 days before i took it in and now it doesnt look right. what could it be? maybe becaseu the car sat in the same place for almost a week, but i dont think thats it. what the hell is this stuff and what should i do?

i need help immediately becasue im supposed to be at work.

yeah, i realized that 2 seconds after i posted this. it went back to the tech garage screen and i saw the sticky, read the first 3 pages and flew out the door to get to work. sorry for the 100th repost of this but i freaked and figured someone could give me a quick answer, i didnt expect it to be a sticky. i chalk it up to my n00bness when it comes to the rotary engine. thanks anyway.
