Help!

I dropped my engine oil cover in the hood...yea I know...im retaded.
Im about to get a new one, but what should I do with the one I dropped? I can't see it anywhere, is this going to cause any problems?

????; man, you gotta get under there and dig it out form the engine bay; with our engines running hot (or any engine for that matter) havving a lose piece of meltable plastic cant be good; personally, i would find the old one and remember not to post next time you do something like this; just a tip;

Is there really that many places it can be? jack it up and get under there... i agree you have to find it

No big deal, accidents happen. But you definitely do need to find it as you don't want it going into your belts, etc...
