Holding the Odometer Needle before crank
I read somewhere about holding down the odometer and turn the key to on and wait for a "Test" to show up. I forgot what this procedure do and wondering what it does?

its also a way to reset the pcm or so ive been told. some people have claimed that by doing it they increased their gas mileage. i was testing that theory a few tanks ago and it seemed to be true. i went form 14-15 to 16-17 mpg around town. but i had a better increase by changing my driving style and shifting sooner around town. im even using 6th around town some- last refill 251.3 miles / 13.7 gallons = 18.34 mpg. thats still with some hard accelerations for fun and testing my new intake.
