I had my hood open and the wind blew it all the way up to my front windshield. I didn't notice but the the hood actually bent the side front fendor of my 8. has this happen to anyone and what advice to help fix it? i was able to push the fender back but it's doesn't look right. it's slightly curve and its very annoying. looking for any ideas? thanks guys.
replace the fender or take it to a body shop and see if they can straighten it out. either way depending on damage you will probably need paint. got a pic?
Photos attached. Thoughts? I think it's noticeable for RX8 owners. Any idea on DIY or cost to fix? Does anyone know if this is a gen 1 thing? I can't believe how easily they bend and how mazda designed it this way.
left fender, damage is minimal
right fender. occurs when hood is pushed up to the windshield
