alright guys first of all i wanted to say hi to yall im new here i just got my 2004 rx8 and i live in el salvador and the mazda dealeer here doesnt bring rx8 so i bought it used in the US and brought it here and its giving me these weird problem of
turning off everytime it is cold or its at low rpm and im very scared of these some say is my ecu can anyone here pleeeease help me

 

Could be a vacuum or air leak. Have any modifications been made to the car? Does it have the original intake system or an aftermarket system? The Mazda dealer, or a Ford-product dealer, can connect to your PCM (ecu) and see if there are error codes related to this problem stored in memory.

 

anothe problem i have is that when i want to turn on the car it asks me for the key like if the PCM is not reading the chip the key has, and i have to be like 30 min or more to start the car, i already cheked the key and its fine but the car wont start like if it was locked :S

 

.....the proble?m we have, is that the security indicator its on and the car doesnt start, and we have to put the key in start and then turn off and back again several ti?mes to the car finally starts....we have tried with both keys and it doesnt works..... the next day we have to do the same thing.. the mechanics said that the problem is the ECU...

PLEASE HELP ME!
