I'm thinking fuel injector leakage or clogging

Stock injector P1 size is 290 red top, no? And you're running a 380 (440) yellow top? Is your calibration for stock P1s or yellow tops? With the big P2s, you don't need the bigger P1s unless you are going to push a ton of boost. I'm going to switch over to an AP and I'll be running the stock P1s with KGParts altered P2s and secondaries.
Are you doing all of this on the stock fuel pump? A dying fuel pump would definitely do the opposite so this is unrelated. It just seems that you have a ton of fuel capacity.

The fuel pump has came to mind. I have a few more things before turning to the pump.
My next step is get a adjusted cal from MM for the P1 & P2 injectors & then relocate and configure my CAI. Basically extend the maf out the engine bay & put it on a long, straight 3.5" OD pipe.

I'm just saying - a 390 injector in place of a 280 is a 40% increase, and your yellows are running above that, right? If you told MM you are running a stock primary or he misread something, he might not have picked up that it was a stock injector in a non-stock location. 420/290 is a 45% increase - might cause idle issues.

Yeah Jeff has accounted for my 380 (yellow) injectors in the P1 position. The issue is they flow way more than that per the flow sheets I received back from KG, I've emailed Jeff and awaiting an adjustment cal to see if that clears anything up.

UPDATE:
The issue was indeed with the MAF housing. I had a whole new setup built and am now using a foot long 3.5" OD .065 wall MAF housing. Raised the idle a tad, since I'm running larger injectors in the P1 and it idles steady as a rock. My fuel trims are off but, we are having a tuning session tomorrow so everything will get fine tuned then.
