Immobilizer Issue

Immobilizer Issue
This may sound absurd to a lot of people, but I am still gonna go ahead and ask this:
01. Is there any way to match a second ECU (PCM) to the existing immobilizer system in the car (RX8 - 2004 - A/T) without the use of the IDS/E-MDS which is used by Mazda dealers. (There is no Mazda dealer where I am located)?
02. Will a RX8 that originally came with immobilizer start with an ECU (PCM) that has no immobilizer?
I am a service provider and rotary engine rebuilder located at Dhaka, Bangladesh & sadly there is no Mazda dealer here and all the RX8's are recondition JDM vehicles.
Any inputs with the above mentioned questions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Apparently it has been done, it takes someone with the appropriate knowledge and equipment, most dealerships have the equipment but are sorely lacking knowledge beyond the basic flashing updating protocol
the immobilizer security can be disabled for 2004 model PCMs, but I haven't heard of it being done for later models

Its good to hear that it has been done, but even if I somehow manage to acquire the knowledge, how will I get the equipment which the dealerships have and there is no Mazda dealer where I am located (not a single one in the whole country).
Any ideas or thoughts on how to disable the immobilizer on the 2004 PCM, cause the vehicle in question is actually a 2004 AT RX8.
