Was wondering if all RX8 trims/versions come with the dual display color(white and red or blue and red sort of)??

Looking forward to this info since I can´t really get the other night colors on my gauges...yeah I´ve tried the "dimmer switch" method with lights on and it doesn´t work it just dims my white color gauges...and pretty much blacking out all the dashboard´s red lights. :/ Do i have something wrong going on or what?

All of the dashes are the same (well, in this regard). The 2nd full display lighting option is at the opposite end of the "full dim" end of the dimmer wheel. There is a bit of resistance, and it clicks over to it, but it's there. If it clicks over but nothing changes, then there is something wrong with the connection, wire, or bulbs.

 

Yeah I already tried the "click" dimmer with the lights on(indicating "night mode"lol) and it doesnt change whatsoever,but I do have my blueish "idle" light when I turn the baby off so I suppose it must be something disconnected,fuse,wiring,bulbs?:S

Any ideas or possible checks that I can do are very welcome so I can fix this thing or do something about it.

maybe you have a bad switch. pull it and try it without the switch in place.

 

:/ Ima try that in the morning even tho I think it sort of works cuz Im able to "dim" the lights on the whole dashboard. This is getting on my nerves I want red for nite,white fcks my eyes big time!What´s the fuse for the dashboard lights?
