Installed Midpipe & no lights on

Hey I just installed my B&B midpipe tonight.. And my CEL or whatever light dident come one.. It has a res.. but no cat at all.. I drove for about 8 miles and no light... should I restart my ECU to get the most benifit from the mod? and if i reset will the check eng light come on.. it does feel like its bot a big bump of power down low... or maybe my butt dino is way off.

ok.. should I restart My computer to maximize the gain? Or just to do it right? dont you reset the computer after evering thing u do?

you should do both methods of ECU reset, you can find them on the forum, then drive around, as said above it will take a while of driving at various speeds/loads for the car to throw a CEL, this is because the car has to monitor the emissions system for a while, long enough time out of spec and the car will throw a code.

ha.. no my butt dyno... I have a canzoomer. it feels like as soon as i let the clutch out at like 5-10mph when i step on it theres more power and it more responsive.. anyways it was worth the investment.. I have a dyno here @ school i will be using next semester..
