Pre-mix is an entirely different subject. I wouldn't recommend pre-mixing with a product that wasn't intended to be burned in the combustion chamber. Using the same product in your engine oil with the MOP feeding from the oil pan is essentially the same thing.

So roughly 4oz of either UCL or low ash 2-stroke oil per tank is... harmful, helpful, or doesn't matter?

if you go to fuel-tester.org you can check to see just what is safe for engines. some of them are nothing more than an alcohol based fuel attitive which a lot of fuel stations now do for you already. The real additive that you want is zinc (Zinc DialkylDithioPhosphate). Its what they removed from fuel when cats came into play. Zinc burns up catalytic convertors but is just a wonderful engine system cleaner.

http://www.enginebuildermag.com/Arti..._got_zinc.aspx

do yourself a favor and do some reading up on whats in each cleaner before you use it. also check on the www.fuel-tester.org site to see which additives are just alcohol, and which ones truely help your engine.

UCL is not premix and was not designed to be burned in the combustion process. And it may gum up the fuel pump sock (see my pic above). All this has been discussed already but apparently reading and searching is tough for some.
