Magic Break-in Oil?
I keep on reading in the different forums (particularly the Honda S2K forum) about the original factory oil having special additives. These additives are apparently added to help during the engine break-in period with the sealing and seating. Personally I am very skeptical about any agents being added to the factory oil.
Typically most cars will have their first oil change at 500 miles and even the believers do not claim that the dealers replace the factory break-in oil with the same.
Like I said, I am very skeptical about this oil being used in new cars, what are your thoughts on the subject.

I think the "additive" is a lot of molybdenum (sp?) . In a piston engine I would keep it in there for the recommended interval. Not sure about the rotary.
