Mazda Responses on Issues/Problems

Anyone out there have any dealings at all with Mazda corp. and their responses and or fixes for these engine issues?
I have an "04 AT with 30,000 mi and have had multiple occurences of stalling and/or loss of power. Had car towed twice with coils replaced, throttle body replaced, no CEL, had tech drive vehicle several times with the response that the car had no problems. Want them to check CAT but they say that it is not the problem. However car is now once again back in shop for diagnosis after loss of power and stalling.
Am thinking "lemon law" here shortly if problem is not corrected soon. Car has become a "garage queen".

HELP!

Thanks

Sorry to hear of your problems. Check into the lemon law in Texas before you threaten them with that. I seem to recall reading that the lemon law only applies for the first year of the car. But maybe if you have a paper trail for this repetitive problem back to the first year that would qualify?

Yeah, your probably correct with the one year TX "lemon law". Beleive me, I have a paper trail about the size of Tom Clancy novel. Just venting my frustrations with this car.
The car was flooded once within the first year but hasn't happen since. This one time flood shouldn't cause CAT problems should it?

thanks

Maybe insist more to the dealership to do something with the CAT.

thanks

They seem to have replaced a lot of stuff for a car with "no problems". Maybe look for a dealer with more skillful/dedicated mechanics?
