Mazdaspeed kit owners pls help
Hi, My kit gets here in 4 weeks from Japan.. (MAZDASPEED)
Was Wondering if the plastic panel under the front of the standard kit
( Directs Air to Radiator) ,
will bolt up to the new Mazdaspeed front bar? Anything else i have to purchase or know when installing this kit?
Any help appreciated..

everything bolts up correctly..this is a part of the reason for buying the true MS parts. You'll definately know/realize that this was built specifically for our cars.
You'll find many people who will suggest avoiding the drilling components for the sideskirts. I would tend to agree with them, on the portions that go into the side of the car....but I would suggest following the directions for the trimming of the rock gaurd, so that you can drill the holes in the under body (for the sideskirts). The reason/suggestion to avoid the ones that go into the side of the car, is that, for the most part, those clips end up breaking and they aren't used.
The only difficult part of the front bumper install is the foglights (if you have them)....you'll have to decide whether to cut the mesh (as described in the installation booklet), or to just mount the lights behind the mesh screens.
If your doing the rear bumper, just take your time and mark of the bumper with blue tape...so you cna make sure you're cutting off the right portions.

Cut the mesh, its very easy with extra care it takes about 10 minutes tops.
if you DONT, its going to be a really really tight fit, and with the extra pressure your fog light's bolts might come off (over time)
btw, Mazdaspeed kit will fit their car 100%, UNLESS you damaged your frame b4.
