Megan racing Motor Mounts review?

Megan racing Motor Mounts review?

is there anyone who currently have or has tested the megan racing urethane motor mounts for our cars?

my mounts are going bad and is getting worse by the week. oem ones shipped to me would be about $265 so i'd rather get the megan's for an extra $55 if they are good.


anyone?

They are modified stock mounts.
If yours are going bad and you have a couple spare days in a hot summer weekend you might consider filling yours with polyurethane.
Same result, 20$ tops

yeah ive seen how to's but i dont have time to tear them apart and thoroughly clean them to do this. i drive my car daily to work.

seeing as a search for these doesnt turn up any thing. im guessing no one has them.

looks like i'll be the first to try them out. if anyone has any feedback about these motor mounts please let me know asap!

I needed one myself. Mine's shaking and will be calling the Mazda dealership to see if mine's still covered under the warranty.

It's not covered, i'm sorry. However Mazmart has them for fairly cheap and, in the event that you wanted to make them harder, new motor mounts are an excellent starting point. Filling them with polyurethane is a breeze. Still cheaper than Megan's option

Hmm, mine has been on for 3 years and it's still good (no shaking)

that's after they replaced it 3 times of course.



but I probably gonna lift it up and look at it next year. just to be sure that it's really good.

even the top portions of the megan are urethane.

It's really all you have to do...
My diy for the spark plugs would be: reach to them, unscrew, screw the new ones.
No need for fancy pictures or a gazillion steps with detailed descriptions.

I'm just wondering about the cutting. My motor mounts are blown. I'm ordering a new set of mounts and was wondering what i can do to modify the blown ones or at least practice on them, haha.

I was waiting for someone to say it, i'll be honest, i was just lazy. :P And thanks for letting me know team had this, i searched for filled motor mounts and only got two threads, none were DIY so I'm gonna look through team's threads to find it.

i'll say it again. i dont have the time to remove, prep, fill, set, install. i need the car for work and i dont get days off together.

this thread is about megan racing urethane mounts. does anybody have any feedback on these?

damn $377! I need to start making these things! Yall do know the dealership throws the old ones away?
I use an additional step when you do your own? It concerns the mounting bolt.
