Milky condensation? Mayonnaise substance in the Vacuum Chamber questions

Hi,

Have read some threads old and new about a milky substance on the dipstick. I do have the milky substance on the dipstick as well. However, I took the vacuum chamber out and it was loaded with this Mayonnaise stuff (gunk) thick just like mayo. I let the car warm up every morning and drive it for a good period of time, except for the weekends where it sits. Question is: Maybe this is a gasket issue with the UIM? You should have seen how much stuff was in the vacuum chamber... ideas to keep it out?

A catch can will help. Also a good hard drive. Really you just need to get your oil temps high enough to burn the moisture out of the oil.
