thats seriously f'ed up mike- they decided which way to take your engine out so they are responsible for the whole thing as part of the warrenty engine replacement. go get your money back. September is not that far away im sure they wouldnt want Jorge's Caravan pulling into their lot if you dont have it back by then. not to mention the Caravan coming in from the east thru Arizona

That is true Mike. Bob (Service Manager) was at a Regional Convention in San Diego for the past 2 days. (along with Jennifer who is now in H.B.)

He should be back in today.

so do i need to do a oil change like asap with this new motor ?

 

I'd put 500-1000 miles on it and then get new oil in there.

 

got a call that my transmission has arrived and they should be starting work on it soon.
