My thread, my f-bombs.
TeamRX8 and New Yorker.
I'm sorry that this bothers you and I invite you to go elsewhere.

Nothing wrong with them expressing their feelings. If it were anybody other than my aspie self, their input would probably be helpful.

Meh, I avoid swearing but as long as it's not excessive, whatever.
Never recall NAP being excessive with swearing.

Congrats NAP -- I went in the reverse direction. I sold my 2016 ND Miata and bought a 2007 RX-8 (my third foray into rotary ownership), allowing me to funnel car payment monies into a new house payment. The ND is a fantastic car, and I'd happily own another one. Many people don't want to believe it, especially FD owners (I was one), that the RX-8 is a better chassis than the RX-7, and the ND Miata is another iterative improvement on an already fantastic chassis and suspension arrangement.
I'm pretty exhausted with my RX-8 at the moment, due to no catalytic converter. I'm going with the catted TurboXS system soon in hopes of assuaging this one concern. I keep contemplating an Ecoboost 2.3L engine swap (block is very similar to the Mazda MZR block it was based on) to both give the RX more motivation, a cleaner emissions profile, and to promote my Ecoboost tuning.

No, I’m not associated with any particular human doctrine. I seek my reformation and salvation directly with the Lord Jesus Christ. Even before that you never saw me writing out those particular words. Not that there wasn’t plenty of carefully chosen guile in the words that were used. Never understood why they called it “adult language” when it’s actually the polar opposite. There’s no skill, value, or intelligence associated with being coarse and vulgar.
NAP; staying on that path assures that we won’t be in the same place. I’d hate to see you go and do honestly hope you reconsider while you still can. For the record, nothing here belongs to you other than your own posted intentions. It’s not just in the threads you start either. That’s dishonest on all accords, but again, I now recognize how all of that goes hand in hand. I just happened to open the thread, see you drop another pointless f-bomb before reading that you were selling the RX8 and moving on is all. Still wish you the best regardless.

Live and let live, that's really it. IMO swearing is a good stress relief, and it can help get the point across when used at the right times.
Either way, I always eye the Miatas at the dealership... Great little cars, but I still feel like I want to try something else, not to mention new cars don't spell good value to me.
