i just bought some TEIN basic damper for my rx8 ...me and my friend tried installing it but we couldn't even take the OEM springs out ....i went to the shop to ask and they say they will charge me $400 to do it ...

can anyone help me ? any instruction will be GREATLY appreciated ...
