New to Mazda... Brand Info
So, what are good high quality brands to go with for after market RX-8 parts? From my searches all i have really found is Racing Beat. I assume progress suspensions parts are still very good?! How about a few good webpages to shop too?
I dont have plans to do a whole lot of modding, but if this new job kicks in i might have no other choice than to play with my 8!!!! Here are some things i have been thinking about doing:
Clear corners
Rear strut tower bar
New Front and Rear sway bars
Intake (im kinda confused about this one as the stock is some dual runner setup)
Exhaust
Headers (not sure if these are available or even really make a difference here)
Then proly some light weight 17" rims (found some that look BA on WWP and only weigh 14lbs!!!)
Thats really about it unless i get really bored and find myself with a bunch of extra cash and a winter beater.

if money is not an issue, there are quite a lot of stuff u can do.
There are some Dry Carbon Fiber wheels around, weight like 8 lbs each I believe, made by Welds ? 18 or 20 inches.
but if you got into accident ... I dont know how those wheels going to turned you into a sandwich.
Intake - Mazda's stock is a pretty good setup. The VFAD itself has 2 openings becuz its better to have lower air volume thats moving fast than opening it all the time but slow. RB's setup has some improvments, but dont expect so much (couple hp MAX)
The rest of ur list, yeah pretty much

ahhhhh, ok its mazsport.NET!!!!
right on, thanks for the links and infoz. Gotta go into Mazda and get my Squeaky breaks fixed and my 3rd gear hesitation fixed up. hopefully my ride still has some of the warranty left.
Like what exhausts? I have never been a big fan of spending $600+ when i have access to equipment to do it myself (bennefits of being a PC Tech in the automotive industry

Well i found this one: https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...st+performance
But that damn thing hasn't been updated for years! It looks like quite a few of the stickies are ver very old and out dated. Seach with vBulletin has never really worked that great unless you only have one word you are looking for.
