they say it doesnt cover coz its a maintenance thingi ....do u think they would cover it ? i would have to speak to a supervisor then ~

I agree with Swoope...doesn't matter when the previous owner bought the vehicle. It's a powertrain issue, and the factory warranty is good for 5yr/60k miles! The dealership you took it to are a bunch of retards. Take it somewhere else...
